Our Security Alarm Monitoring Platform
We started developing our VoIP compatible alarm monitoring platform way back in 2003. It is one of those 'ongoing projects' and probably always will be. We have learned a few things along the way as the platform has processed hundreds of thousands of alarm calls.

Burglar alarms, fire alarms and telecare systems use many different formats but the majority have one thing in common - they use DTMF tones to transmit their signals. These DTMF tones used to work perfectly over good old copper landlines but unfortunately they do not work anywhere near as reliably over newer internet networks. This is where our proven technology comes into play as we have developed various methods of overcoming the many problems.
You can connect your alarm panel to our platform using your old PSTN landline, a newer Digital Voice service, a third party VoIP service, our own VoIP service or directly to our platform with a VoIP adapter (analog terminal adapter) and your Internet connection. However you decide to connect, alarm signals will be received and handled appropriately by our platform and alerts will be sent where they need to go.
